All orders ship within 2-4 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the size/weight of your package. This ensures you are receiving the most accurate shipping rate for your order. 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Toronto, Ontario. 

Orders placed with DHL Express do require a signature upon delivery. Although, for some shipments customers do have the option to authorize delivery without signature through the DHL website prior to their package arriving. 

Currently there are no delays with our dispatch time, however, there may be slight delays during transit for understandable reasons out of our control.
